Warranty Policy

I. Warranty Coverage

CleaDeep proudly offers customers a comprehensive up to 5-year limited warranty for eligible products.

During the warranty period, your CleaDeep product is protected against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
If a covered defect arises, CleaDeep will repair or replace parts free of charge, including accessory costs and door-to-door service fees.

Warranty service will only be honored when repairs are authorized by CleaDeep and performed with genuine CleaDeep parts.

Unauthorized repairs or the use of non-genuine parts will void the warranty.


II. Warranty Details by Product and Component

III. Full Warranty Definition

  • A full warranty means that for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, if the product experiences failure due to non-human factors, CleaDeep will provide free repair services without any labor, parts, or service fees.

  • After any warranty service:

    • CleaDeep retains ownership of all replaced parts, including any defective components.

    • Customers must return defective parts without lien, encumbrance, or disposal rights.


IV. Eligibility

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable to subsequent owners.

  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).


V. Non-Warranty Situations

The warranty does not cover damages or failures caused by:

  1. Unauthorized repairs, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, liquid intrusion, accidents, modifications, or improper use of accessories not supplied by CleaDeep.

  2. Tampering with or altering product labels, serial numbers, or anti-counterfeiting marks.

  3. Expiration of the applicable warranty period.

  4. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (flood, fire, earthquake, etc.).

  5. Improper handling, installation, maintenance, storage, or operation outside of the product’s specified conditions.

  6. Commercial use, corporate collective use, or non-residential applications.

  7. Environmental conditions (e.g., improper voltage, humidity, temperature, ventilation) not meeting product specifications.

  8. Excessive or abusive use beyond normal household conditions.

In any of the above cases, customers may still request out-of-warranty repair service, subject to applicable repair fees.
