I. 45-Day Return & Exchange Rights
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 45-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 45 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and original packaging intact.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

II. Conditions for Return and Exchange
Return requests fall into two main categories:
1. Returns Due to Quality Issues
If your product has manufacturing defects, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item:

Please notify us immediately upon receipt.

We will issue a prepaid return shipping label.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either refund your payment or send a replacement, based on your preference.
2. Returns Due to Personal Reasons
If you wish to return the product for personal reasons (such as wrong size, change of mind, or design dissatisfaction):

You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
III. Important Return Guidelines

Packaging Requirements:
Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional gifts. -
Condition Requirements:
Products must maintain original quality and function. Items showing signs of damage, missing parts, misuse, or substantial value depreciation will not be eligible for return. -
Return Period for Parts and Installation Materials:
Accessories and installation parts are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. -
Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns for:-
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Custom-made or personalized items

Personal care products (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards

IV. LTL Freight (Large Item) Delivery Reminder
If you are receiving large appliances via LTL (Less-than-Truckload) shipping:

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.

Even if damage appears minor, note "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt.

If the package is severely damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

Damage or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for claim filing.
V. Exchanges
We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges.
If you need a different product, please:

Complete a return for the original item.

Place a new order separately.
VI. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status:

Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
